Slim in 5 :)

Ok, so here is the update how my exercise program is going:

I after this past week of beginning Slim in 6 I have lost a grand total of (drum roll, please)..........1 pound. Ha! I was hoping for two, but I'll take what I can get. The first week is pretty easy and not very intense, plus I am trying to not cut my calories too low so my milk supply won't drop. I exercised 5 out of 7 days. I'll let you know how it goes this week.

Awesome job, Karen! 5 out of 7 is pretty darn perfect. I think last week I did 4 out of 7. And the days I missed I was so cranky!

Whenever you feel inspired to write, I was wondering if you might share your opinions on breast feeding and birth control? I'm trying to puzzle out my beliefs/convictions in these areas and I'd love the opinion of a young mom!
I already know I want to breastfeed but any tips would be great!
As for birth control, I still have no idea what I think about it. I am trying to research it more so I understand how it works. Any thoughts on how you decided would be helpful. Thanks!

Catherine, I'd be happy to give you my thoughts some time. I understand it can be confusing! Denise has probably already shared with you her thoughts and what she has researched, but if she hasn't she's got a wealth of knowledge too!

Actually, we haven't really talked about those things (though we've talked about loads of other stuff!) but I asked on her blog too so I could get two opinions. :)
